1 · Research‑Only Products

All substrates, cultures, prints, and accessories sold by Wonderbags are supplied solely for microscopy, taxonomic, or other lawful laboratory research. They are not intended for cultivation or human or animal consumption. Any other use voids all warranties and may violate local, state, or federal law. These limitations align with Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act (Proposition 122) and its implementing statute SB 23‑290, which restrict licensed distribution and public consumption.

2 · Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the site, place an order, or receive deliveries. By continuing you certify that you meet this requirement.

3 · User Attestation at Checkout

At checkout you must tick the mandatory box confirming that you (a) are 21 +, (b) will use all items only for lawful research, and (c) will neither cultivate nor ingest the materials. Orders cannot be completed without this attestation.

4 · Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for knowing and adhering to all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction—including, where relevant, Colorado SB 23‑290 (Natural Medicine Health Act implementation)—that govern possession, observation, and disposal of fungal materials. Wonderbags makes no representation that its products are legal outside Colorado.

5 · Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer

Handling live mycelium and lab equipment involves inherent risks, including contamination, allergic response, or unintended propagation. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.Wonderbags is not liable for damages arising from misuse or unlawful activity.

6 · No Medical Claims

Wonderbags does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be construed as medical or therapeutic advice.

7 · Intellectual Property

All content on Wonder‑Bags.com—including text, images, and logos—is the property of Wonderbags LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8 · Indemnification
